Description:

This Breathwork detox session will help take back your power and energy to increase confidence and self worth. Breathwork detox is laying down on your mat and doing deep diaphragmatic breathing to motivational music that will allow you to release stress, trauma, anxiety, stuck energy, and so much more. 

Through this guided transformational session, you will oxygenate your bloodstream and move stagnant energy from your core which will improve your physical, mental, and emotional state. You will finish the session releasing toxins and negativity from your body and feeling more clear, connected to source, as well as induce a deeper relaxation and inner peace within yourself.

What to bring:

Favorite Crystal to hold space for you (Or can purchase one in the store) (Optional)

Sleep Eye Mask (Or available in store for $3 in cash) - Optional but helps being able to go deeper into your releasing emotions.

Blanket is always nice (or wear many warm layers that can be taken off). Body temperatures tend to drop while doing breathwork.

Journal with pen (Optional) - this is for the end of the session to help soak in all the feelings and thoughts that came up during the session and to think of questions.

Open Mind - Just show up with an open mind and excitement for change. Simply set your intention to release any old habits/patterns/stress and be ready to fill that space with love and gratitude.

*Yoga Mat Is Encouraged*

Do not eat 2 hours prior to the session 

You want your last meal to be 2-3 hours prior to Breathwork (the emptier your stomach, the better the results). If you must eat something to stabilize your blood sugar, please make it something very light.

 TIP: Drink lots of water the day of the event
